Our Project Managers are skilled professionals with engineering background. They work according to PMI methodology, using managing applications, such as Microsoft Project.
Every project plan consists of all detailed tasks covering entire scope of every stage of the project from study to commissioning and as-built documentation. Based on effective planning and resource management we are able to optimize and control progress of the project at any time, predicting and eliminating risks at early stage, to keep the deadlines as scheduled.
