Material handling solution

The aim of the project was to develop a comprehensive solution enabling continuity of material handling operations during the replacement and upgrade of the main rig crane.
An in-depth analysis of the material handling process resulted in the creation of several concepts, of which the best one was selected in terms of meeting the requirements, safety and costs. The solution was built and successfully launched based on complete documentation developed by NAVIC.
